Almanacly started in 2020 in Leeds, after our founders spent a decade watching mid-market manufacturers hold shift planning together with spreadsheets and goodwill.

Today a team of 76 works on one toolkit, used across 16 countries. We are profitable, independently owned, and we intend to stay both.

What we care about

Boring reliability. The people using Almanacly are usually standing up, often outdoors, and never in the mood for a loading spinner.

Your data is yours. Full export in open formats, at any time, without asking us first.

No surprise invoices. Per-seat pricing, published on the website, the same for everyone.
